Tommy Lee Hilburn, 20, passed away Friday, January 17, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Dido Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Home. Tommy was born November 23, 1993, in Bedford and was a lifelong Tarrant County resident. He attended Boswell High School and was employed at Expert Mobility. He enjoyed working with his cousin, John Heath, repairing motorized wheelchairs. His caring nature went a long way in dealing with customers who ended up friends. Tommy truly had a good heart and was a loving, kind, and unique soul. His friends said you could always count on Tommy to be there if you needed him. He enjoyed playing football with his friends and riding his motorcycle. He especially enjoyed playing with his two nephews, Justin and Carson. There are no words for the ache in our hearts. Tommy will be missed by all. He is survived by his mother, Stacey Hilburn; father, Tommy Hilburn; sisters, Sarah Rodriquez and husband, Justin, and Brigette Hilburn; brothers, Lucas Collins and Timothy Hilburn; grandparents, Mary and Tracy Ashenfelter, Eugene Hilburn, and Greg Jones; great-grandmother, Emma Heath; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
