Our beautiful, sweet Trula Ann was called home to be with our Lord on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 30, 2025 in Biggers Funeral Chapel, 6100 Azle Avenue, Lake Worth, Texas 76135.

Visitation: 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.

Trula was a shining light and touched the lives of so many friends and family members. Never a harsh word about anybody but always a smile for everyone. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and cousin.

Born July 26, 1941, to John Henry Springfield & Edith Slate in Weatherford, Texas. She was football sweetheart and graduated from Springtown High School in 1957. The younger sister to Kenneth Springfield and Collen Forrester and a loving mother to Clint Russell Brown and Misty Lee Taylor.

Trula Ann was simply a lover of life. She could see the good in everything and everybody. A kind, caring, and compassionate soul. She enjoyed fishing, laughing, and doing crafts. She could turn an old hubcap into a masterpiece. A very loyal friend. To her dart team and friends, you were all so very dear to her and she enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for all the laughs and good times.

She especially enjoyed spending time with her cousin Hendrix Springfield and his wife, Ethel.  Traveling, playing moon, 42, and laughing every mile.

Trula fought with all she had her last 2 months of life. Unbelievably tough. And to Clint, you couldn't have done more or tried any harder. She was so thankful and blessed to have you right by her side. Thank You.

A very special lady, and too bright of a light to ever be put out.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
