Valeta Chamberlain Holloman, 99, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, June 26, 2016. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 30, in Azleland Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Valeta Mae Chamberlain was born October 3, 1916, in Parker, Kansas. She was a nurse at the Osawatomie State Hospital in Kansas for many years. Valeta was preceded in death by her husband, Arlie Holloman, and a son, Charles Larry Holloman. She is survived by her daughters, Sonja Davis and Pat Nobles; and a very large extended family.
