Vera Mae Elkins, 80, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015, in Euless.
Graveside service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Home.
Vera Mae Pate was born in Mount Pleasant on April 29, 1935, to Morris and Lily Lucille Pate. She had been an area resident from the age of 13 years. She was formerly associated with Keller Church of God.
Mrs. Elkins was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Leonard Elkins, in October of 2004 and a son, Barry Scott Elkins, in June of 1998.
She is survived by: Her children, Gary Anthony Elkins and wife, Rosemary, Pamela Jan Crandall and husband, Mike, Kimberly Kay Molina and husband, Eli, Holly Elizabeth Elkins, all of North Richland Hills; grandchildren, Jennifer Kinney and husband, Andrew, Clint Elkins and wife, Taylor, Wade Elkins, Josh Crandall and wife, Misty, Kelly Day and husband, Justin, Brad Elkins and fiancee, Christina, Erin Molina, Tyler Molina and wife, Breanna, Madison Molina, Josh Thomas, Cory Thomas, Braden Thomas and Trent Thomas; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
