Lynn McDonald departed for his heavenly home Sunday, January 8, 2017, surrounded by his loving daughters. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, January 12, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service. Burial will be at noon Friday in Walters, Oklahoma. Lynn was born December 6, 1941, in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Temple, Oklahoma. He proudly served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War. He was known for his quick wit, charming personality, and moves on the dance floor. To know him, was to love him. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his children, Stacey Grubb, Gayla Griffin, Kimmy McDonald, Gary Davis, and Kevin Davis; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous friends he dearly loved.
