Virginia "Ginger" G. Bussey, a loving mother, wife, grandmother, and devoted nurse, born May 23, 1966, in Fort Worth Texas, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 21, 2024. Her warm, compassionate, and intelligent spirit brought joy and comfort to those around her. Known for her giving nature and inexhaustible kindness, her legacy will continue to inspire those who knew her.

Service: 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 25, 2024, Biggers Funeral Chapel.

Interment: Following Service at Springtown Cemetery, Springtown, Texas

Visitation: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Biggers Funeral Home.

Born and raised in Haltom City, Ginger graduated from Haltom High School in 1984 and entered into a fulfilling career in human resources for over 20 years. She then felt her true calling was nursing where she could do more for others, so she pursued a career in healthcare, attaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. Her passion for service found the perfect outlet in nursing, where she could combine her intelligence with her compassionate nature.

Among Ginger's proudest accomplishments was raising her family and fulfilling her second career in nursing. She nurtured her loved ones with warmth and kindness. Her home was a haven of love and generosity, where family values were held in the highest regard.

Above all, Ginger loved spending quality time with her family and spoiling her grandkids. These precious moments revolved around shared meals, festive holidays, and simple everyday moments. Her loss will be greatly felt by her family and friends, who will always remember her as a beacon of love and kindness.

Ginger was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Jack and Peggy Arnwine, and her dear brother, Larry Arnwine.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley Bussey; their children, Gina Bussey (partner, Joshua Osburn) and Anthony Bussey, daughter-in-law, Diana Bussey; sister, Debbie Loftis; sister-in-law, Tina WB; and her cherished grandchildren, Emmanuel, Jacob, Anthony II, Mia, and Jack; also, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The void left by Ginger's passing will never be filled, but the memories she created and the love she shared will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who loved her. Her kindness, generosity, and the love she had for her family will forever be her legacy.
