Wanda Ruth Haggard, age 85 passed from this life on Sunday, November 12, 2023 in Campbell, Texas surrounded by family

Celebration of Life: 3:00 p.m., Monday, November 20, 2023 in Biggers Funeral Chapel, 6100 Azle Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76135.

Wanda was born February 8, 1938 in Blanchard, OK to R.W. and Ruth Vandaveer Edgemon. She retired from Texas Electric Service Co. in 1996 after 25 years of service in the credit and IT departments.

She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and working crossword puzzles with family and very much loved her grandchildren and family.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Martha Couch; brothers, John Edgemon and Paul Edgemon.

She is survived by her son, Les Keeble of Azle, TX; brothers, Boyd Edgemon and wife, Brenda of Oklahoma City, Howard Edgemon and wife, Diana of Port Orchard, WA; sisters, Marilyn Strickland of Licking, MO, Deberah and husband, Bruce of Campbell, TX, Norma Meek and husband, Ron of Tom Ball, TX and sister-in-law, Marie Edgemon of Chandler, OK; four grandchildren, Chad, Kyli, Cody and Emily, five great-grandchildren and sixteen nieces and nephews.

Special thanks go to her sister and caregiver Deberah for caring for Wanda during the last years of her life.
