Wendell Stephen Vick passed away on June 21, 2023 peacefully with his eldest son by his side.

Service: 10:00 am, Tuesday, June 27, 2023, Biggers Funeral Chapel, 6100 Azle Avenue, Lake Worth, Texas 76135

Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery following the service

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday at Biggers Funeral Chapel.

Wendell, age 69, was born September 15, 1953 in Fort Worth to the late Billy Jo and Patty Vick.

He was a graduate of Lake Worth High School. He went on to be the father of two sons and a paramedic within the community he was raised in. Due to an accident that left him severely injured he spent his time living with his parents and being around both his biological family as well as his church family. Wendell was an active member of First Baptist Church of Lakeside, and he cherished his friendships he made through his years of working for the community from the firefighters/paramedics and his many years working with Biggers Funeral Home as an EMT.

Wendell was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Jo and Patty Vick.

He is survived by his sons, Christopher Vick, Chad Vick and their children; his sister, Renee Dillon, her two daughters, Erica Boyce, Dee Dillon and their children as well as numerous cousins, aunts and uncles
