William C. Davis, 72, passed away Friday, August 11, 2017. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2017, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Monday, August 14, 2017, at Biggers Funeral Home. William was born June 20, 1945 in Princeton, Indiana to William L. and Edna Davis. He was a graduate of King High School in Tampa, Florida, where he played and excelled in basketball. He worked in supervision at Lockeed-Martin for over 28 years before his retirement in 2005. The family would like to thank the team of doctors who cared for William during his illness, especially Dr. Joseph Ortenberg.
