William Alvin Gayman, 76, a long-time resident of Azle, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in Weatherford, after a long battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. He was born December 19, 1939 in Wellston, Oklahoma, and had retired from the Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, Garold "Jack" and Ova Gayman of Warwick, Oklahoma; and by brothers, George and Garold Jr. William is survived by his wife, Jennifer Gayman of Azle; sons, Richard Gayman and wife, Donna of Nevada, Mark Gayman and wife, Danelle of California, Darren of California, Jason Gayman and wife, Stephanie of California, Billy Gayman and wife, Kelly of Texas; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, John Gayman and wife, Peggy of North Carolina and Loyed Gayman of Oklahoma; sisters, Sarah, and husband, Jack Robinson of Oklahoma, Emma Wright of Oklahoma.
