William "Bill" Lawrence Louis, 77, of Arlington, TX, died Thursday September 7, 2023, at Arlington Memorial Hospital.

Bill was born in Fort Worth, TX at Harris Hospital June 29, 1946 to Carolyn Sue and William Irving Louis. He graduated from North Side High School prior to attending TCU. He was married to Elsa Bruegmann Louis for 41 years.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Thomas Craig Louis of Tennessee.

Bill is survived by his wife Elsa; two sons Billy Womack and Chris Womack, wife Jina of Fort Worth; Six grandchildren: Brittany, Courtney, Clayton, Allyson, Kennedy, and Olivia and four great grandchildren: Audrey, Elle, Weston, and Gemma; his brother Mark Douglas Louis, wife Jean of Austin, as well as their children: Felicia, Jennifer, Eric, Chris, Harrison, and Robbie and their children 4 boys and 2 girls; Thomas' widow Anita and children: Jeremy, Sue Ann, Thomas Jr., and Mya. Their children 6 girls and 4 boys.

Bill loved his family, friendships, traveling to Hawaii, and his dogs. He is in heaven now playing ball with the dogs and treating them to donut holes from the donut shop.

Visitation will be at Biggers Funeral Home 6100 Azle Ave, Fort Worth, 76135, Thursday, September 14, 2023.

On Friday, September 15, 2023, there will be a 10:00 a.m. Committal Service at Shannon Rose Hill, 7301 E. Lancaster, Fort Worth; an 11:00 a.m.

Memorial Service at Grace Presbyterian Church 5500 Mansfield Road, Arlington, TX; and a Noon lunch served to all attendees provided by the church.

Officiant at the Committal and Memorial Service will be Rev. Sherry Holloman.
