In Loving Memory of William Michael Morgan

May 4, 1960 – October 11, 2025

It is with great sadness that our family shares the passing of William Michael Morgan, who was tragically taken from us on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the young age of 65.

Service: 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, October 18, 2025, Biggers funeral Home.

Visitation: 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., prior to service.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor William's memory are invited to make a donation to either Azle Christian Church or The Wounded Warriors Project.

Born on May 4, 1960, (May the 4th be with you!) in Newark, New Jersey, Bill was the beloved son of Kathleen and Raymond Morgan. He lived a life of service — proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force and continuing his commitment to others through his career as a Federal Officer. His dedication, strength, and integrity were evident in all that he did, both in uniform and in life.

Bill shared 22 wonderful years with his loving wife, Carol Morgan, in Browns Mills, New Jersey, where together they built a life full of love, laughter, and lasting memories. They sold their home, to become full time RV'ers, making their home base in Azle, Texas, to be close to family and their beloved grandchildren — a chapter that brought Bill great joy and purpose.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Anne Morgan; his cherished children — Christina Morgan, Jennifer Carman and her husband, Billy, Christopher Morgan and his wife, Haylee, and William Morgan and his wife, Bonnie; and his devoted brother, Raymond Morgan, and wife Katherine Morgan; He was the proud and adoring grandfather, and biggest fan to Blake, Wesley, Caden, Gwendolyn, Mikah, Grayson, Madilynn, Emerson, Hadleigh, and Genevieve, as well as many beloved "adopted" grandchildren who lovingly knew him as "Grandpa"; also deeply loved by his nephew, Raymond (RT) Morgan and wife, Janessa, his niece, Charlotte Morgan, and his treasure great-niece and great-nephews — Ella-Kate, Brody, Parker, and Gabriel — along with many other great-nieces and nephews, and all the family on Carol's side as well, who will carry his memory forward with love.

Bill was known for his kind heart, sharp wit, ability to talk to anyone he came in contact with, and fierce love for his family and friends. He was his grandson's biggest fan and loved to watch their baseball and basketball games. He could often be found yelling at the Mets or the Dolphins on TV. If he wasn't with his family, he loved traveling with his wife, finding new adventures to get into. His presence filled every room with warmth, and his laughter was one of a kind. He loved deeply, worked hard, and lived fully — leaving a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

A man of faith, Bill devoted to supporting Azle Christian Church, working to help raise funds for its restoration. His dedication to both his faith and community reflected the true spirit of service that defined his life.

Though his time with us was far too short, his love and legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched.

Bill will forever remain in our hearts — a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
