Willie Irene "Bill" Duncan, 88, passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Home. Memorials: Memorial gifts may be made in Willies name to St. Elisabeth Episcopal Church, 5910 Black Oak Lane, River Oaks, Texas 76114, or to a charity of choice. Willie was born May 12, 1924, in Azle to William Thomas Steel and Dora Fuller Steel. She was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and cousin. She enjoyed quilting, was an avid artist, crafter and was a member of St. Elisabeth Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert "Toby" Duncan; sons, Billy Joe Quinn and Johnny Quinn; parents; grandparents; four brothers; and five sisters. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Jerry Quinn and wife, Pam, and Ronnie Quinn and wife, Carol; daughter, Debbie Jo Mannering; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
