Wimberley was a woman of great faith, who embodied the core values of Christianity in her everyday life and in the way she treated everyone who knew her. Her legacy as a mother of two, grandmother to six, and a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend speaks volumes about her life's achievements and who she was as a person.

In 2014, Wimberley triumphed over a fierce battle with breast cancer, showcasing her strength, faith and determination. Though she faced the battle once more in 2024, her courage never wavered as she took it head on one more time. Known for her professional skills in window tinting, her real joy and passion was in crafting and decorating. She brought outstanding creativity and color to everything she touched and could make any house a warm beautifully decorated home with just one trip to hobby lobby. Fiercely protective and loyal, Wimberley loved her family deeply, always being the person, they needed in every moment or circumstance with a cigarette in one hand and a coffee cup in the other.

She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Jeff Davis.

She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory: her parents, Dale and Ruth Davis; her siblings, Paula (Roger) Snow, Terrie Davis, Gerald Davis, Christina Davis, and Jason Davis; her children, Ashley (Nick) Maitland and David (Kristian) Farris; and 6 grandchildren, Payten, Blake, Logan, Braxton, Berklee and Gunner who brought her immense joy and laughter from morning pancakes and adventure rides through the wilderness, to pork chops and bonfires.
