Graveside Service: 1 p.m. Monday, November 6, 2017 at Forest Park East Cemetery, in League City, Texas. Visitation: 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Biggers Funeral Home. Winifred Ruth Penry was born February 16, 1932 in Houston. She married Eugene Danny Sheely on June 5, 1950 in Galveston. He preceded her in death on December 28, 1996. Others who have preceded her were her mother, Belle Litzenberg, father, John D. Penry, and a brother, Johnny Penry. Survivors: Daughters, Tonia Wooldridge and Debbie Lane; sister, Sylvia Hunter; brother, Bobby Penry; grandchildren, Julie Zamarripa, Danny Wooldridge, and Amy DeLano; great-granddchildren, Cristian and Daniel Zamarripa, Adan and Kira DeLano, Gabe and Alexis Wooldridge; nieces and nephews, Tamara Syers, Danae Carlisle, Karen Crystal, and Ray and Greg Sheely.
