Condolences for Mike Lebby

Kathy, Jeff and Kyle. We have great memories of Mike and our time coaching with him and knowing your family as friends. He always kept things in perspective and had fun no matter the circumstances. We were still out of the country when he passed away and regret not being here for service. Hope to see you in the future.

There were so many sides to Coach Lebby which helped him to connect with those who were fortunate enough to cross his path. Few people have the privilege of directly influencing so many people’s lives; Coach Leb did it with ease and joy. He will be missed.

What a great man! Coach always brought out the best in people, it didn't matter if you were a player, student or someone walking down the street. I can only say thank you for being a huge part of my life.

A great coach and even better man that always got the best out of his players! He was the first one there to build you up, in his own unique way. I know I speak for many when I say that I just loved playing for him. Kathy, Kyle, and Jeff we are praying for y’all. Always here if you need something!

I got to know Mr. Lebby when he would come to the lab to get his blood drawn. No matter how bad he felt he always asked me how my boys were enjoying the sport they were playing At that time and would let me brag and show him pictures. Talking with him so much we found out we had a mutual friend. Kind and sweet, definetly a patient man. I’m so glad I got to know you Mr Lebby! Thank you for the memories!

Coach Lebby was such a great coach and was such a great influence on young people. He was so supportive of our son in high school even though he played for a different high school. Keeping you all in our prayers.

I always viewed Coach Lebby as a gentle giant and even though I played on the offensive side of the ball he was always quick to give all of us praise or a kick in the butt if we needed one. Like most of us that played on the state championship team, I'll always fondly remember Coach Lebby as a great leader, mentor and coach.
